Layers was founded on one belief: we don’t reproduce art. We build it.
As more of the world moves onto screens, the physical presence of art becomes more valuable. A flat print shows you the image. We want you to feel the artwork: the brushstrokes, the relief and the way light catches the surface.
Every piece gets its own approach. We combine craftsmanship, material and technology to rebuild the depth, texture and character of the original, layer by layer.

In-house production
Every piece is produced in our own workshop, from the first layer to the final finish, so we keep full control over quality.
Precision scanning
Original artworks are scanned in high resolution by our specialist partner, capturing color, detail and surface texture. Within the Netherlands, we collect your artwork and return it within a day.
Eight channels, not four
Beyond standard CMYK, our printer runs light cyan and light magenta for smoother gradients and skin tones, white for opacity on acrylic and colored surfaces, and varnish for a semi-gloss or gloss finish.
